Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a decision support system (DSS) using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method to select Team Leader in the Student Entrepreneurship Program at Universitas Labuhanbatu (ULB). Choosing the right leader has been a challenge as it has been carried out subjectively by lecturers or through team member agreements. The ARAS method was chosen for its ability to evaluate alternatives based on various criteria, such as leadership, communication, creativity, decision-making, and target achievement time. The research stages include determining criteria and weights, data collection, normalization, and ranking determination. The results indicate that the system provides objective and transparent recommendations. Based on data processing, the top three alternatives are MLK_08 with the highest score, followed by MLK_06 and MLK_05. This DSS implementation not only facilitates the selection process but also enhances accountability in choosing team leaders. Thus, this system significantly contributes to the success of campus-based entrepreneurship programs at ULB.
