IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI REKAM MEDIS WEB UNTUK PRAKTIK MANDIRI BIDAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SCRUM
Abstract
This research discusses the implementation of a web-based medical record information system for independent midwife practices using the Agile method with the Scrum framework. The main goal is to improve the efficiency of patient data management and the quality of health services. The Agile method with Scrum framework was chosen to facilitate development that is adaptive and responsive to user needs, allowing for iterative progress and frequent stakeholder feedback. This system was specifically designed to meet the needs of Midwife Euis Tita Kartika in the city of Tasikmalaya. The research results show that the implementation of Scrum practices, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, contributed to the effective development of the system. The resulting application makes it easier for midwives to record patient data and patient medical record data. Features such as user management, patient registration, medical record entry, and service management were developed and refined through multiple sprints. The implementation of this system succeeded in optimizing the medical record process and improving the quality of service, demonstrating the effectiveness of the Agile Scrum approach in healthcare software development.
