Abstract

This research aims to develop a mobile application-based sales technology model to support MSMEs in Pematang Dolok Kahean Village, Simalungun Regency. The village has many local product potentials but faces challenges in wider product marketing due to traditional management and limited market access. This study employs a phased approach, starting from needs identification, model design, prototype development, to small-scale testing and implementation. The findings indicate that the developed mobile application enhances product visibility, facilitates consumer access at the provincial level, and improves transaction efficiency. The application prototype includes features for managing products, orders, and payments digitally, making it easier for consumers to make purchases. This solution is expected to help optimize MSME product marketing and expand market reach to the provincial level, supporting local economic development and boosting the competitiveness of the village's leading products in broader markets.
