EVALUASI PENGALAMAN PENGGUNA CLOUD-PMS SYSTEM GUESTPRO MENGGUNAKAN USER EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE PLUS (UEQ+)

Abstract

The Cloud-PMS system is one of the cloud-based systems on GuestPro that is present as an integrated technology solution in the hospitality world. Where with this system, they can automate various important processes that occur in hotels. Based on the results of observations on the GuestPro client case, it shows that there are still many users who experience obstacles in using the system. With these problems, researchers conducted research on User Experience (UX) related to the Cloud-PMS system to measure user experience on the system using the User Experience Questionnaire Plus (UEQ +) method. There are 15 scales measured, namely efficiency, usefulness, perspicuity, adaptability, dependability, intuitive ue, stimulation, novelty, trust, attractiveness, visual aesthetics, clarity, value, trustworthiness of content, and quality of content. Sampling in this study used the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The results obtained from 172 respondents who used the Cloud-PMS system showed that users focused more on the functionality aspect than on visual aesthetics. However, overall the results of the user experience evaluation on the system received a more positive response than negative, and the overall scale assessment results were considered important and relevant in evaluating the Cloud-PMS GuestPro system.
