Abstract

For obtain a competent workforce, companies must provide training and development to their employees. The Management Trainee Program is considered capable of helping employees improve their skills, performance, and knowledge of human resources. To achieve this goal, PT. SGS Jambi is implementing a Management Trainee Program to create a competent workforce. The method used in this study was a questionnaire data collection technique using a Likert Scale. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents. The author then used multiple linear regression analysis techniques, assisted by SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that the Management Trainee Program implemented by PT. SGS Jambi has a positive impact on the skills, performance, and knowledge of human resources participating in the Management Trainee Program at PT. SGS Jambi.
