PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN FASILITAS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA KANTOR CABANG STABAT

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work facilities on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Stabat Branch. This quantitative research employed a census method, involving all 51 employees as respondents. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25, which included tests for validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and multiple linear regression analysis (t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination). The results show that both leadership and work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.499, indicating that 49.9% of the variation in employee performance is influenced by leadership and work facilities, while the remaining 50.1% is affected by other variables not included in this study.
