PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN BONUS TERHADAP KINERJA PENJUALAN PADA CANTIK FASHION MEDAN
Abstract
In today's business world, the Cantik Fashion Medan store is one of the most sought-after businesses. Therefore, several steps are needed to strengthen the existing business sector. This study discusses factors that can improve sales performance, namely work motivation and bonuses. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of work motivation and bonuses on sales performance. This study uses an associative quantitative methodology. A questionnaire was used in the data collection process. The analytical technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The population of this study was 97 people, while the sample was the total population of 97 respondents. The research findings indicate that work motivation and bonuses have a significant and beneficial influence on sales performance, both partially and simultaneously
